During discovery, we conducted a thorough audit covering content, UX, and data to assess the current performance of the HealthHub website.

Through the analysis, we gained valuable insights that allow us to:

  1. understand the current website
  2. evaluate the implications of the website's content and structure
  3. identify potential analytics gaps

Findings were consolidated into an integrated report, guiding strategic actions that aligned with HealthHub's vision of increasing health literacy, building trust, and establishing HealthHub as the preferred health resource.

We have migrated the HealthHub website and its content from on-premise SharePoint 2013 into Sitecore Content Hub (SaaS) and Sitecore XP (PaaS).

Key achivements:

  1. Built a new Sitecore website from scratch while reusing the existing UI
  2. Migrated around 3,000 web pages into the Sitecore Experience Management platform
  3. Set up Digital Asset Management and migrated approximately 45,000 static content items
  4. Developed a requirement specification along with a comprehensive project delivery plan
